HEY GREG NO MASTER HERE EITHER, just an old dude with too much time on his hands. Interesting on the squirrel hair body, would have never guessed it.

  THANKS         TOOTY

David, NO NO NO no master here just a grasshopper!!!!! Always looking to learn!!!! I use an 8 dry fly hook standard or nynph hook!!!! Body was squirrel, you are spot on on the rest!!!

I tie basically the same fly except with angora goat dubbing in sizes up to 8 3x long!!!!!! The goat dubbing is also coarse and longer than the squirrel body hair!!!!!

The dubbing loop makes the whole fly move!!!!!

Tooty, all I can say is to build and alter to him, and hope that he hears our chanting request to be grace by his presence, then let us soak our feet among his ponds. Right Bruce?!

HEY LEO,

DOES THE GREAT GURU OF BLUEGILLS , MR. CONDELLO allow us folks down there to fish? If so I could be packed in an hour or so and on my way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL sounds good Leo enjoy

LOL no no no..not heading to the eastern and central area this spring. However, may hit the central and eastern seaboard during summer for her side of the family reunion. May hit the famous Condello's ponds for some gill actions.

No I'm just trying to get Leo going. You bit but he hasn't as of yet. Your more than welcome the pond is there hoping to do some new restructuring inside the pond this spring. I know I have some nice catfish that will enjoy your flies. They would be fun to catch and could do some serious line stretching.
