Yea all filleted. Cheyenne will take them home since her mom has been wanting some fish. Devon took some home also. They should taste good since they have eaten loads of Purina Aqua Max.

John I have used peanut oil before. With all the breading I really couldn't tell the difference in taste so I just use plain old Crisco Oil it cheaper than peanut oil and as much as I have fried fish which isn't often I guess Crisco will do.

John well cook them in hot oil. I filleted then and cut them into pieces. Got about 6 big bags of fillets. Next step is that hot oil.
