toss in a couple jigs or mini lures and have a blast. I like the snap bean for those hard fighting green sunfish

Just wanted to say that I have had the best times in my life, fishing creeks. Bluegill are fighters anywhere I find them, but when hooked in a creek they fight just a little harder with or without the current. I just love em.

Creek panfishing is a blast! We have many ops here with the Potomac and Susquehanna drainages with redbreasts, rock bass, fallfish and others. This should be a fun group!

I LOVE fishing for panfish in creeks. There aren't many nearby, but there are some awesome creeks in Missouri that I used to fish that were loaded with bluegill and other colorful sunfish.
