toss in a couple jigs or mini lures and have a blast. I like the snap bean for those hard fighting green sunfish

Just wanted to say that I have had the best times in my life, fishing creeks. Bluegill are fighters anywhere I find them, but when hooked in a creek they fight just a little harder with or without the current. I just love em.

i must agree with you Bruce about Missouri creek fishing. Some of the best creek fishing I've done around the US was in Missouri. Awesome crappies, green sunfish and numbers of bass, catfish and shad's. I'm in

Creek panfishing is a blast! We have many ops here with the Potomac and Susquehanna drainages with redbreasts, rock bass, fallfish and others. This should be a fun group!

I LOVE fishing for panfish in creeks. There aren't many nearby, but there are some awesome creeks in Missouri that I used to fish that were loaded with bluegill and other colorful sunfish.
