Hey Johnny, yes, those fish are from ponds and lakes I manage.  I learned pond management by hands-on but also a lot of reading, everything from TWRA booklets to scientific journals to fishing mags.  I have twelve years of experience now and have grown bluegill to 1.75 pounds, shellcracker to probably three pounds or better (biggest one wasn't weighed though there's a photo of it in my pics), bass to over ten pounds, walleye to nine pounds, and pike to 36". 

 

By the way, even if you don't need a consultant, if you need any fish of any sort for those ponds you're working with, just let me know and I can get them for you - I have a fish-hauling truck.
