Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Only 2 1/2 weeks untill retirement and I'm a little scared. Have worked ever since I was in high school. I cannot imagine not having to get up with the alarm clock. 35 years with the Army civilian work force. Have thought about this all my life but now it is a reality in which the concept of being a fishing Bumm is real close and I don't really know if I can handle the off time...What do you guys and gals think....I think YYYAAAAHHHHOOOOOOOO I'm as free as Bluegill junkie can be...have a trip planned as soon as I get outta here..Maybe a trip up north or south maybe to the east or out west...Now that could be a problem.......LOLRITF

So many fishing holes, Now you have all kinds of time!!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!

Hey good luck on the retirement hope you can do everything you want to do. Your retirement will fly by much faster than when you had to work for a living I always herd that and I'm here to tell you how true it is. Enjoy I know it is well deserved. GOOD FISHIN..

This is what you worked for , 35 years of work to get someone to pay you as you go fishing, catch a bunch, take photos, and head west.

Thanks Guys your the best...But you know fishermen, and fisherladies are a special breed anyway

Good luck in your retirement Vic. Enjoy every minute of it and good fishing to you. Let us know how your retirement progresses, I may have to join you!

All I can say is, "Congrats sir, for you have reach your deserved enjoyable years."

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! I retired when I was 53 and don't know how I ever had time to work!!!!

You will enjoy it !!!!!!!!!!! Fishing is the best medicine for what ailes ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 GOOD LUCK AND TIGHT LINES

    TOOTY

Congrats Vic, enjoy every minute of it sir!

I hope I get there someday.

I would be anxious, too. I have worked my whole life, and wouldn't know how NOT to.

I would also be worried about money all the time. I envy you, and at the same time, I can feel your concerns. Im certain its going to be fine, and I suggest you do as Dick says - make the most of every minute. It will be what you take with you.

Now get ready to go fishing, brother!

God  who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear;  I will help you. Isaiah 41:12-14

Is not the end but a new beginning, enjoy and congratulations.

Nice... thanks, Jose.

Congradulations on the upcomming retirement.

If you are like me, the hardest part will be, deciding on what to wear everyday.

I had to wear a uniform everyday. I did not know what regular clothes were.LOL

Take a deep breath and enjoy.

Now you will be able to find some new fishing holes, And have the time to enjoy them.
