Squirrel Tail Jig with a crawler chunk fished on bottom got this fine Pickerel. I had broken off, on lighter gear, what had to be a pickerel while targeting Bluegills outside a 15' weed line. Went back with larger hook and heavier line and got what I believe may be the same Fish. Powerful! Water color was clearer at back section of the Lake. Perhaps even clearer on bottom.
