Welcome Josh. There are only a couple of questions, then...

1. Where do you live?

1. What is your favored fishing method?

2. How do you like to eat 'em?

3. Favorite beer?

Good to see you here Joshua. Welcome. Where and how do you fish for Big BlueGill?

I live in Virginia.

I like to toss out tiny jigs tiped with a piece of Berkly Gulp Alive! or a piece of a earthworm.  Also tiny, tiny, plastics like Northlands Bros Bugs Series, but my  favorite method is ultra-light crankbaits. I love em. I have two tackle boxes full of ultra-lites, and they pick off the big speciems!

No, beer; migraines.

I like like them fried in peanut oil.

Dig in man, a noob myself but find'n soem good info here & everyones been very nice, A very laid back crowd.

Northland bros bugs ?..?? ultra light crank bait ?? wow,, never heard of them, my tackle box(es) are set up for multitasking, (bass/pan fish/catfish) but since sign'n in here its turned into a great place to learn so by all means post away, I'm get'n schooled.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes!
Welcome to BBG, Josh!  Lurker turned participant...excellent! :-)

Hello, My name is Michael Young, This is my frist time introducting myself. So, I hope I'm at the correct place. I'm from Tallahassee, Fl. I love all types of fishing. But, freshwater is my frist love. In leon county we have many fishing spots. Both freshwater ans saltwater. I'm looking forward to being apart of this great forum. I have made many friends through fishing. Thanks for allowing me to be apart.

Welcome Michael. Hope you participate and report in your activities in your areas. I would love to know the info that you can provide for us from your excursions. I believe we have plenty of FL residents here on BBG. Knowledge of your waters, and the methods of catching the species in your waters, will be of great help to all of us. Can't wait to see what you can pull out of the waters.

Welcome, Josh. A pleasure.
What prompted your decision?

Welcome Joshua it's great having you as a new member. You are at the right place for getting good info by a great bunch of members that are more than willing to share. We hope to hear more from you soon.

hi buddy!!!  this is the greatest site for fishermen  on the web!!  everybody gives information; tips and suggestions on just about everything!! if you have a question- just post it!! its guaranteed it will be answered!!

Carl's right on the nose with that - IT WILL get answered - but notice that he did not include the words: accurately, truthfully, promptly, completely, intelligently, or without exaggeration - but heck.  We're all fisherfolk here - whatdja expect?  Welcome aboard - it truly is a nice stringer full of folks you'll find here.
