Great Crappie ! I've only caught two like it and that was back in the 80's. Been a long time .Yup 16" is about 2 and 16,1/2" is 2,1/2 lbs. from my experience  here in new Jersey .The fall fish get heavier for their size if they've been eating good. Pretty water there Congratulations on a fine catch Mike! I caught my biggest on a shiner or a herring in fall years ago .
