Help!!!... its driving me nuts… cannot ever get the green online light to go out… I tried

  1. Logging off BBG on all my devices

  2. Disconnected the modem for internet service

  3. Rebooted the modem several times

  4. Logged on to my 4g service instead

  5. Changed my password

Still the green light continues… its like big brother is watching… anybody else have this problem.?
