Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

2 pork loins cooked at 225 for 4hrs. Internal temp 150. Turned out good for the new smoker since Its still in it's infant stage with me.

Me to Steve. I like lots of smoked meat but kinda parcel to pork loins as long as there not over cook then they get all dried out. I want to try a whole salmon that would be good to that on my list of things to smoke too..

Yea Keith hopefully the last smoker I'll ever have to buy. Its a Grill Dome Ceramic smoker XL large. So far so good. The loins is the second thing I've done. Got a turkey for next smoking. I'll try to remember pictures.
