Do you love big bluegill?

Been a difficult February on the Carolina coast......only fished twice and I couldn't take that long term......

This was our greeting late last February on the 26th........looks like we're going to dodge anything similar this year......only one morning below freezing out of the next 15..........we'll see......................

Pools are overrated. Time to convert them all into ponds. That way, you can cool down, and fish as well.

our normal temp on this date is 40.wont make 20 and sub zero again tonight and it is still snowing.

Funny stuff..........I have averaged seven trips in February the last ten years......by far the worst February for me ever but I've always lived in the South........just the way the jet stream set up.................hoping it's gone for this winter!

they used to stock the public pool with trout in the fall in a town near me.kids had a blast

The gentleman who got me crappie fishing in N.C. stocked his with crappies. He said since no one ever used the pool he would so he stocked it with crappies. True story.

Normally get things out of storage now so I can fish hard in the Spring but it turns out it was too early this year....LOL...it'll be gone soon........60s early next week........nothing compared to up North.
