Thanks Carl and your right he's swimming a fishes life again. If I could have fished longer ans caught 3 or so I would have cleaned them. Nothing like fried up perch don't get any better than that.

Ken I used a small jig 1/64th had to put 2 on so I could cast out some. Put one of your famus 1" minnows on it from ebay. The fish was caught on the bottom hook as expected we know how they love to hug the bottom. Had another hard hit but it was only on for a few seconds and came off.

Thanks Ken and Bruce. John I was going to check it tomorrow but since you asked I went back and took a reading I know I'd have forgotten to do it tomorrow anyway. The temp was 52 not bad for something that was ice cover a short while ago. What a February never seen one like this before.
