Most Asians love to eat fish. I'm surprise that you're not over run with us yellow-skin rods' hoarders. LOL

As an eating fish, I would put them right up there with crappies and bluegills...honestly. We troll for them at Marburg and Liberty. They are spawning about now.

Great perch man. Down south jersey fish for them in late april and may with grass shrimp catch them all day for a few day's non-stop. That's a great size perch tho

Love the fight of White Perch Dick but I havent run into numbers this year yet .It puzzles me that they're not in the Perch Family but the Bass family !The have rough scales just like a Yellow Perch .A blind man would think they were the same fish!

Decent looking White Perch. haven't seen one of these for quit awhile. This one looks bulky and healthy looking.

I didnt keep this fish or any today but this I would call an average 9,1/2" for my lake .But 12" are big and I occassionally catch them  in the small lakes in my NENJ area.White Perch are hard fighting Fish for their size!
