2 pork loins cooked at 225 for 4hrs. Internal temp 150. Turned out good for the new smoker since Its still in it's infant stage with me.

Wowwww...I don't care if this is a fishing website. I love the foods, along with the fishes.

I realize that after I hit the send button but whoops to late. I do have a lot of left overs though.

Great time of the year to smoke a good chunk of meat.

Same here.
My wife, however, dislikes it.
If I'm to smoke food, it's for me.

I gotta confess everything I've ever had smoked I liked and add a little bacon sets it right off.

I liked smoked fish; next to fried it's my favorite way to have it.
My BIL used to smoke turkey a lot - it's also good

Thanks Tinknocker. I have used the water pan on my electric smoker but done this smoke without and it turned out pretty good. I'll be doing a turkey next and I know I'll be using a water pan for that. We do want the turkey done and try to keep it moist at the same time. It will be my 1st smoked turkey wish me luck.
