Blackened Catfish
This is a tasty recipe but remember it generates alot of smoke so I prefer to throw my cast iron skillet on my grill........The filets are fork tender and mouth watering.......

Git in the mood for some Blackened Kitty fish so I took out some channel cat fillets and took on a lion's share of this tasty treat.........a few fried potatoes and some steamed soybeans in the pod and I was set.......love this meal!
