Hey Tony Andy is right , we've done lots more than these in one day. Usually we can do a 100 an hour with both knives humming along . Those days are over for me now as I often clean em sitting down , lots easier on my back than standing in one spot for hours on end.......

Under no circumstances would I ever want to clean that many fish at one time........ I get a dozen and quit!
