Do you love big bluegill?
It's a plastic cutting board top, Keith. Easier on the knives than stainless.

That's a serious cleaning station. Looks great.

Nice job, Tony. Hope you get a lot of good use out of it.
I really enjoyed the fish-cleaning stations at Pymatuning State Park in Northwest PA back in May when we had the crappie gig up there. They had a screened in building about the size of yours with running water and two deep sinks, two large table tops ( poly or plastic) and a hose to wash stuff toward the floor drain. A supply of plastic bags were left in a wall-hung container to put the fish carcases/entrails in. A large chest freezer was used to deposited the fish remains and a local farmer would check in each day and take the leftovers from the freezer and use as fertilizer. Great setup, right along the shores of the lake! There were several such stations located throughout the perimiter of this vast reservoir.
Very nicely put together Tony. Is that some kind of clear plastic roofing? Not sure what the lines are.
What's missing is an outdoor small fridge, stocked with various refreshment, with a few grape vines growing on each support beam to be enjoyed with the refreshment.
