Check this bullet bobber out. I may be able to take some balsa wood and carve something out as a test. Very inventive. Perfect for the shallow during spawning periods.

Looks like a combo float/side planner for panfishing.

We actually had some of those sent to us a few years ago as a promo for door prizes at one of the fishing tournaments where I worked at. Nobody picked up on them and I think we ended up giving them away. Don't know how effective they might be, but I must admit, I'm a bit skeptical.
