Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Heres the usual sort of outfit I carry with me. This is how I've always done it. When I decided to take up fishing again this year, I didn't want to re-invent the wheel - so I stuck to what I know.

This stuff goes in the truck easy and takes little effort to maintain. I have a main tackle box, like anyone else; it's overflowing with crap, of course.

But when I tell Lori, "Going fishing, babe - just let me grab my Bug Out Gear...." this is what it looks like:

Fishing vest, Berkley Strap On Tackle Box, knife, multi-tool and sunglasses.

Add a hat, fishing pole or two, and a cricket tube and I'm set.

PS I cannot say enough good things about the Berkley SOTB, either. I was very pleased to see they still make them, so I treated myself to a new one.

Indeed, those SOTB 's are great, especially for stream smallmouth adventures!
We have no smallies here, except in small pockets. But overall, for the footloose angler, this SOTB is a boon.
