Labor Day Weekend Crab Boil….9/2/2024
The North Carolina blue crab harvest has been above average this year….and the overall quality is crazy….this large male or “Jimmie” as it’s known to watermen..has a spread of 22”…this is truly a jumbo!

Thanks Dick…..it’s been a great summer in North Carolina for crabbing……..these were very tasty and we’ve already enjoyed both crab cakes and cream of crab soup from the latest batch of jumbos……
