Oh yeah......I eat channel cats and tabby cats whole, fillet and yes this same restaurant has awesome catfish steaks too........I had already eaten my weight in hush puppies and (6) frog legs for an appetizer.....the "corn cob" cats are very tasty but everyone's taste buds are different.........every once in awhile I like to let somebody else cook them......lol

Yea they have hush puppy's in N.C. I use to have a great recipe but lost it. Tore the house up trying to find is so if someone has a good one I'm still looking.

Looks great! I always thought catfish was an underrated tasting fish. Fresh it's as good as anything in my opinion.

Those are little ones, we raise them bigger here  in ponds, and we have lots of catfish restaurants, where you can get them whole, fillets, or cut up in steaks,My question is why eat fins when you can eat catfish meat? , but to each his own. LOFR
