Best Bluegill Fishing To Date in 2016........5/10/2016

Well over a hundred gills caught this afternoon on a fertile coastal flat.......about a two acre plot of three to four feet of water just teaming with active gills........71 degrees and a slight flood tide.........bait moving and fish going nuts.....

I would give anything to have 30 minutes of film during this frenzy last night.......incredible to witness........I'm certain a co-angler would have also caught a hundred fish........I thought Rebellion Creek would give me my 30 pound- 30 gill stringer but it may be possible on this flat........touch and go weather the rest of the week but I have to get back out there.......
