Do you love big bluegill?

Being a freshwater gamefish, the only way to enjoy this luxury is to catch and filet crappie…..the best experience is fresh never frozen…..I’ve eaten this meal since my childhood…….

I understand Bruce…..just one of those meals I would hang around the kitchen when my mom started frying hoping to get a quick sample ahead of dinner…..my dad and I would fight for the fish crispies…..
