Man, you are making us starving for gill already. Come now..at least save that for the late winter *LOL* I'm surprise you actually got a chance to take a photo of it. My family would have ripped that mount of fillets apart before it has a chance to get to dinning room table as fish taco dinner.

Now all I need is that Yankee Candle...."Bluegill Frying" and my mouth will start watering. As good as they are I think there a little better in the Winter...what's suppose to be the Winter anyway...we were 70 again in North Carolina........Looks good Tony!
