I have caught no bass. I can't tell if it's bluegill feeding or gsf. They act the same, right. And, everytime I catch one it's a gsf.

Sharon  do you see the gills when you feed? I don't think all of them been eaten. Have you caught any bass?

I have a 1/2 acre pond with bluegill and bass in it. Or they were in there. So foar this spring, I have only caught 1 bluegill in my pond. And, it may be the one from the creek I moved there. Is it possible for bass to eat ALL the bluegill over the winter? Do they not like gsf? My pond is full of them.

There were 8 snakes in  my pond today. All different. One of them had a body as big as a can of Comet cleanser.

If they do not get too big the Bass will eat them.  If you know someone that sets jug lines or limb lines they make great flathead bait.

I have bullheads in my pond that I been weaning out in great numbers, between 6 and 10 a day.  But I have tried one to see what it taste like,  and honestly it was pretty good. But I'd rather my cc's that I stocked back there. The cc's dont seem to be reproducing back there but the bullheads are.  And I also feel that I am wasting food on them as I do not want them. When I catch and pull them out they are so fat like they are gonna burst. I wonder how much money I am throwing away on them

Trying to get rid of the yellow mud cats out of my pond also.  Not that great to eat and hate to waste food on them

Sorry so long for posting, but they measured just shy of 13 inches.  Hope they grow as much for next year!!!!!!
