Do you love big bluegill?
It was 76° here in southern Ohio yesterday afternoon. This afternoon I saw a few snow flurries fall, and right now it's 32° outside.
Next Friday (unless there's ice - not likely according to the forecast) the local lake gets stocked with trout (10-13" rainbows), so I'll shift from 'gills to trout for a while. All the trout I catch (limit of 5 a day) come home with me since they can't survive summer temps in the lake.
While it's cold I'll just stay inside and tie up some trout flies!

Yes, isn't this weather something. I was fishing on Friday in temps nearing 80 degrees. This Sunday morning it's down to 23 and snowing. Go figure!
Snowing in Green Bay. I guess I'll tie some bluegill jigs.
I think it may be my fault winter returned. I picked up my new Tracker Pro 175 TF last Thursday. Before that the weather was beautiful, this morning it was 20*. Sorry Mike, I will take the blame.
