caught this bass out of my half acre farm pond
This fish suprised me while fishing for bluegill was using a ultralight action rod with 4 pound test

It's kind of funny when it comes to bass.....when you're out TRYING to catch them they can make you feel like they've disappeared...when you're fishing for other species they come right out of the woodwork....

I don't know how many times I've used my little UL Crappie rod, with 4 lbs test line, and caught a LMB. Every time, the heart starts pumping, the adrenaline starts going, and you're hoping against hope that the line doesn't break.......
