We noticed that as well. The majority of the bass we caught seemed to be pretty fat throughout, but there were a couple that were pretty stunted.  I caught two bluegills that a bass could easily eat, and my friend caught several nice ones. But something is missing since they aren't as big as they should be. Maybe we'll introduce a bluegill relocation program haha.

Chris looking at the Bass I do think your right because the Bass is so thin I wonder if there is enough small forage for them to eat. What makes me think this is the Bass appears to be all head. I'm no authority on the subject but just throwing my opinion out there. Maybe there need to be more gill introduced into the water system.

Thanks man! This was actually at a different pond at my friends cousins house. We were the first to fish it in probably about 8 years...The bass were pretty hungry haha!
