Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Wasn't a peachy day but it was a perchy day. Ice melted off yesterday so I gave her a try today only 3 perch. The perch must of ate good through the winter cause they were all fat. one 11 in and 2 10 inchers.

I stocked 30 yellow perch last spring this is one. Ice melted off yesterday so I had to get my feet wet today couldn't hardly wait like a kid in the candy store.. Only caught 3 perch the gills were ganging up on the bait and all of a sudden the bass got the gill so I think they were a little spooked. I did catch two ten inchers and an eleven inch perch. That was pretty good for a 1 year of growth I think they are all females..
