Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

This one was a little out of my comfort zone. Consists of Chenille, deer hair, rubber legs, #6 hook, and hour glass eyes.

Thanks Steve. I tried a few mayflies and they turned out for the most part pretty good but when I went to tighten everything up instead of having a pair of winds I had a continuous wind all the way around. Need to work on that and open for any suggestions.

Thanks everybody. It was a very different tie for me and well out of my comfort zone but once I started it I was going to finish it. I see so many good flies out there sometimes I get a little jealous not cause you can tie them but that I can't but with time many things are obtainable. My best information source and instructors are right here on BBG. Thanks all.

Nice tie Dick.  Looks like some of the extended mayflies I used to tie for Michigan's AuSable river.
