 Crappie :) I've always called Speck but anyhow they are a lot of Fun on flyrod. That's a pretty nice one! Your little fly pattern looks an awful lot like the same thing I have real good luck with down here, Chartreuse with a red or orange bead head  I usually tie it on a #6 Mustad hook crazy thing will catch some Bass too :)
