Why contaminate perfectly good wasabi with cream? Just mix it with some lime juice and you're good to go. Works great on BBQ strips of beef, too, or BBQ shrimp.
You can tell my wife is Vietnamese by the huge influence on my culinary outlook :-)

Do NOT get me started!!! Some remoulade sauce, or better yet, a nice wasabi cream. MMMMMM
Use the mix, and stuff into small mushrooms. Nice hor d'ourves. Or, you could stuff the mix into some portobello mushrooms, and bake that. Yummy.

Little melted butter and some Frank's hot sauce.....finger lickin' good! They're packed with corn flour and Italian Bread crumbs and fried to a crisp..
