David:
1. Carl came up with a worm version of his own, similar to the san juan worm fly. However, he uses 1mm thick foam, by 1mm wide, cut according to the length of the hook's sizes. Deadly..very deadly.
2. Carl's computer went down. He's been quite busy with family and chores before winter hit. He wasn't thinking about visiting the BBG site for a long while, but after fixing his PC, he got tempted and visited just for brief moment. Hope he returns soon.
