Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Greg and I fished Egberts Lake in Greenpond NJ .First time for both of us .Hiked around the entire small lake and caught a Pickerel each ( mine was over the tops of pads with a Yum Dinger 5" worm)and a bunch of Female Gills .Several each at 8" .Good time exploring a new lake a 1/2 hr. drive from each of our homes.

No but it's nice when it works out that way ,Slip. Need to consider them and look them up and take note of the exact times .

This area looks like a primed area for fly rodders. Wonder if there are big and mean critters in that water.
