LOL Mike! It was but my favorite fish to eat is Artic Char! Aint cheap though about 17.99 a lb .

Poached in an aluminum foil pouch in the oven with Sauvignon Blanc Wine , Rosemary ,Lemon and Butter. Tasted great with Baked Potato and salad! Good thick 15" fish.Eaten about 5 hrs after caught.
