LOL..not you physically. Environmentally. But a Fenwick..wow. That will be on my rod's wishlist when my kids are old enough to leave my rods alone..hm..10 more years.

WHAT CONDITION I'M IN"  ? Ha ha ! Should have seen me last night! LOL!

It was made from a Fenwick Blank and has no wt marking on it .

Very nice. Did you know the max weight of the rod before it *SNAP*?  It seems like you can cast the poppers and flies effortlessly no matter what condition you're in with that 5wt of yours. Must be one heck of a good rod.

Leo- It's a 2 piece rod an inch short of 8 feet that someone made and gave me.I believe it was made for small stream /small Trout purpose. It's matched with a Pflueger 1492 reel and I believe a 4 or 5 wt. line.

Curious John, what rod total length and max weight are you using? It seems like you're having so much fun reeling in these little guys with poppers.

I am an awkward self taught Gill /Seed popper flyrodder.I enjoy it when I'm not untieing tangles.
