Carl my last move 25 years ago I still have boxes that we haven't opened. Hard telling what hidden gems are out there.

I don't wait a year until getting things to move along. We're the process in getting the escrow closes, hopefully by month's end. The moment we're moved in, everything, literally, get unpacked and organized within the first week. We don't wait when it comes to organization. Hopefully, this will be our new location until I'm old and dead. I hate moving. Of course, I want to purchase lands and home in various other states when possible.

By the way, where I'm moving to, it's practically at the base of the Lake Perris, where Sonny and the crew caught their monsters. While Athena takes her exercises along the lakeside with her friends, I'll be exercising myself with my whipping rods.

Technically, I am being evicted from the current home now (a rental) and is moving to a new place (buying). So, I now have my specialized mancaves (chef cooking island, external cooking island grill, larger garage with existing benches, a spare office den for fishing and computer geek stuffs). Time to slowly make my dream into a reality.

Excellent handcrafted paint jobs. I will have my mancave soon to do this kind of job.
