Thanks Jim, Chris The slider wasn't tipped with anything, I think the action of the bait is what attracts the fish

That is cool.  The crappie slider rules!  I've caught many times more bluegill on it than any other lure.

Thanks guys, My local lake (Dunlap) is starting to wake up. It was terrible during the summer, but with the colder weather the fish are starting to congregate on deeper ledges  and are easier to find. specially the big fish
