Another 24 inch five pound Bowfin of the Carolina swamps......This one was roaming the shallows during spawning season.....

On a bluegill trip in October of 2010, my good friend Wes and I caught these cats on back to back casts with live crickets on the Pasquotank....

all I had was a ten pound scale when I caught that carp.  I'm sure it was easily over 30.
