Love it - one of my favorite shows!

I agree, he does a pretty good job of balancing the "reality entertainment" aspect seemingly required these days, with just enough tech, biology, and factual information thrown in to make it believable, and informative.

I watched a lost reels episode the other night, about his first trip to India to try for the Goonch....... he finally hooked into something with some size to it, only to have it break him off against the rocks. We've all been there, and had similiar heartbreaks, and we know the frustration that goes along with it.

Still, I found it almost refreshing when I watched that restrained, British reserve slip away just for a moment... He stood there looking out over the river, and almost matter-of-factly exclaimed: "Damn" a few seconds pause, then once again: "Damn".  I know that exact feeling Jeremy! You handled it well, my friend.

Jeremy Wade is the master of tip-toeing the line between hype and face....between B.S. and science.  It's my favorite show on television!

Oh I am all over this.....

Does anyone besides me have Jeremy Wade's book, of the same title?

I thought I was the only one hooked on Jeremy Wade's adventures, but evidently there are a few fans among the Bigbluegill.com family.....
