I absolutely loved the Accardo "Miss Prissy" in black and chartreuse....I've taken literally hundreds of gills on those over the years. Unfortunately, Accardo is now defunct.

Try here:http://www.breambugs.com/      I've had great luck with their offerings.

toy=i bid on a large lot of accardo poppers.60 maybe.lost out at the last second

I've used the Betts poppers that you can get in assorted pack of 6 for $10 at Wally World.  They work, but.....

Where I typically fish them, we have those Hybrid Sunfish.  The Hybrids have the crusher teeth in the back of their mouths.  I can fish one of those poppers, and about about 30 minutes or so, the popper will be cracked, as the fish swallowed and crushed it.

Last year, I found a pattern called a Gurgle-Pop.  It's a foam bug, has a spitting lip, and kind of looks like a beetle.  I catch all SORTS of fish on these things.  I tie a few different sizes, but the bulk of those are size 8 (good all-around size) and a size 2 (for LMBs).  I can tie them fast, and dirt-cheap.

might be able to hook you up rich

mark stine a member here makes the nicest wood poppers i have seen

the ones u make yourself there are a lot of different ways to make them.

An old timer by the name of Walt makes Walts poppers.  Google them.  I have a couple dozen of his and they are A-#-1 in my book.

Not easy to find, but they're American made & quality.

STOP IT !!!!!!!!!!!  NO MORE !!!!! I CANT TAKE IT (SOB ....SNUB..) like I need to see anymore bug porn, I LOVE BUG PORN !!!!!

THANKS PAL !!!

Mark Steine;; makes some beautiful poppers!!

Will have to look up Mr Steins page to see if he has some pics of his makings, happiness is a big box of poppers, love'm.
