Fishing new BLUEGILL HOLES, and finding BLUEGILL !!!!! Top my 11" Gill and 12" Redear!!!!!

And SOON on a SPOON!!!!!!!  :-)  Also meeting and fishing with BIGBLUEGILL BUDS!!!!!!

I want to join a bass fishing tournament this year.  I want to find that 10+lb bass this year..and maybe catch some wall hanger crappie and gills this year..Hint Hint Jeffrey

personally i want to just fish as much as possible and enjoy the outdoors as much as i can... but im allways trying to beat my bluegill record of 12 inches and 2 lbs been sitting on that for over 10years

I'll be contented just getting the wife out again so she can enjoy what she hasn't been able to do for a long awhile. I'm hoping we can get more fishing in this once or twice a year is hard on me. I know it's hard on her also but I'm hoping to jump in with both feet again who knows I might let her out fish me. She still tickles me when she catches one she sounds like a young kid all her yelling and laughing I have to calm her down so the whole lake don't invade my use to be glory hole. I got her that new electric reel which Greg played a big part in and I thank him for that, who knows Greg you may have helped unleash a monster.

My goal is one of single minded purpose: to get a ding-danged boat of some kind!

More Gills 9" and over .Pike  ,Walleye and Smallies . White Sucker over 22".A Pickerel over 25".More Flyrodding for Trout ,Gills and other species . A Yellow Perch over 12&1/2". A 12 " or over  White Perch.

Nice goals John good luck and GOOD FISHIN..

Thanks Dick .I'm not too greedy huh?Heh heh

Enjoy your fishin 2012 !

In 2009 I guess it was ,my goal was to catch a fish every  month of the year .Managed to do that ,but have to check my archives to see If I 've caught Gills 12 months of the year.

ahhh derrick a 20lb longnose man oh man what i'd do

See how many days I can fish!  I have been fishing topwater with the fly rod for my whole life and this year I would like to master some of the wet (sinking) flies for bream.  Also want to hit more of the waters in neighboring  N.C. I hear there are some two pounder bream down there.  I might try to work in a trip to the Santee Cooper, and am interested in trying Kerr lake for giant blue cats; there must be another one bigger than that 143 lb blue cat that has the record, anyone know how to rig a whole chicken?

Hi Mark nice to hear from you. If it come's to rigging crickets I'm not your man I have always used artificial but hopefully this year I'll use worms, crickets and wax worms. I just stopped in because this year I'm going to attempt the fly rod. I thought it was for topwater now your talking about sinking flies. Something else I'll have to try to master I think this could get overwhelming. Mark Good luck on your goals and GOOD FISHIN..
