Do you love big bluegill?
Read a great quote today.
I have been reading a book, written, by a local man. The author is Art Reid, He was a writer for the Southern Illinoisan newsapaper and had a tv show. This quote is from Fishing Southern Illinois.
"Bluegill fisherman are not given to overmodesty, nor do they dampen enthusiasm by putting many bluegills on the scales."

Bruce it is a great book about Southern Illinois fishing. Art was a great man. Also check out books from Steve Wunderle, he has a book about bluegill fishing, He is another Southern IL guy. I really liked quote, there are a few other good ones in there.......glad you liked it..Dwayne
