George, go to "my photos" at top of page, then click on the photo you wish to edit title. Then underneath the photo it should pop up with "edit photo". Click on that, then you should be able to edit text.

George, you can add all the photos you want. You have a particularly good portfolio on big bluegill I think the website automatically edits your file size. So you can add any amounts of pixels you feel like.
