the best fillet table !! John Sheehan got one of these;; and I just had to have one myself !! I added a fold down shelf to one side to hold a bucket of fish;; added a 3 way water valve; for a sprayer;; and a big piece of plexiglass to fillet fish on... works great with a camper trailer
