Thanks Jeffrey ,I hope it bounces back nicely ,in the meantime I want to try different tactics and locations than usual .Things have changed, there's no denying that! Ice fishing was extremely poor this year and since .

Hopefully the fish are still there and relocated making for an interesting re-education of fish hunting  for me !

Jeffrey ,I think the lake was somewhat poisoned by all the weed and algae bloom killing that went on all last year .I am not real educated on the subject but a lot of Copper Phosphate was used last year .This year they are going with aerators and the lake isn't milky whitish green anymore but needs some time to bounce back .That's what I'm thinking anyway .The shallow spots that produced year after year have been pretty sparse pickings.

Very nice gill. I'm surprised they take tubes there. I have a hard time getting to chew tubes here.
