Looking forward to Mom's cooking but always some fresh whole gills from the Tchefuncte River and fresh shrimp from Lake Ponchartrain......

My shrimp sauce is horseradish that has a little ketchup in it, mostly just for color ;-)

"Shrimp Sauce" probably means Cocktail Sauce. It has horseradish in it.
