Please do Bruce…..Being raised in Louisiana I was introduced to smoke sausage in various dished, on a biscuit, in gumbo, jambalaya, in red beans and rice, dirty rice, omelettes…..it’s wonderful in the seafood boil….the sausage really absorbs the seasonings….I was invited to a friend’s military retirement to cook crabs at the celebration, I ended up running out of Lil’ Smokies as the family fell in love with the little sausages in the crab boil……enjoy Bruce….
