Took my 1/64th ounce red and white splash jig tipped with a live cricket fished near bottom in heavy flooded timber......

Have to see where the water temps settle out......back in the 70s today.........50s on Tuesday and high 70s with thunderstorms Wednesday.........this is more typical of a March pattern but this winter is truly an odd ball for sure.........

Thanks Jason........the winds were up with the warm air temperatures so I couldn't stay anchored.........so we tucked into a few small creek basins for a 46 fish mix of gills, fliers and crappie.........

Yep.......our water temps have been down near 37 degrees in recent weeks but have rebounded to 43.7 for surface temps today......
