It started Saturday Bruce when we returned from visiting my mom in Louisiana for a couple weeks……..I still have several top areas that I must visit soon……it’s really exciting to know what’s ahead for us the rest of May and June……thanks

Thanks Tooty…..just very fortunate that I live in an area with great public water……a good angler can’t catch fish that aren’t there…….

Thanks Jim……we visited my mother in Louisiana for a couple weeks and got home on 4/28….didn’t get to fish until 5/4 and they were piled up shallow on the Pasquotank River…….visited a different river closer to my house and found the big coppers in a foot of water…….I’m holding my breath with this frontal boundary tonight…..don’t want to lose all the water from a northerly wind….that would drive all sunfish out……

Excellent Jeffrey! They were bedding here on 5-3-24 but colder rain shoved them off. Back on now with 80-degree temps.
